How Is My Adobe Forecast Coming Along?
Earlier this year I offered a one year forecast for Adobe Systems. My prediction? Adobe would be trading somewhere around $53 by the second quarter of 2007. After making that prediction the tech market plunged precipitously but has bounced back. Adobe is now trading at around $42. I notice that the latest analyst reports are predicting growth for the company. RBC Capital Markets is calling for a price of $47. I remain bullish on the company for the simple reason that Flash is now the de-facto rich-media standard for the Net. As it becomes more enterprise capable the software may well be to the Web what WIndows was to the desktop.
